   Purchased a packet of Richmond super kings. Got them home opened to find it was Richmond green filter which I always purchase. As cigarettes are all in same packaging when opened realised they had gave me wrong cigarettes. Returned them back to store for correct packet only to be abused and refused to exchange even this was on CCTV. I asked to speak with manager who tiller said she would call me to deal with their mistake. Manager never called me back. Ignorant assistant in store and admitted she doesn’t smoke so she didn’t know which cigarettes where which.his is why she gave out wrong cigarettes. This is my local store and find this act unprofessional and incompetent tiller who should know what products are install. Feel like I’ve been treated unfairly on this occasion. I won’t return to shop until resolved..

   The young ladies here are very helpful and friendly and very attractive indeed. The manager is a total autocrat, happy when telling customers and staff how to behave and relate to herself. I doubt that I will ever go there again.
