Rude manager/supervisor on the till. Doesn't even get eye contact with you. Doesn't say what the total is. Doesn't ask if you need a bag. Doesn't ask if you've got a superdrug card. Doesn't ask if it's cash or card. Made to feel unwelcome every visit.
Thank you to Ellie! The service I received at Superdrug Crystal Peaks was fantastic! I was trying to select an aftershave for my young nephew, but being a women didn't know which to choose. Ellie was very patient, good product knowledge and provided excellent customer service.
This is a store that I do like ,because I can browse ,without feeling watched and followed .I buy what I went in for ,and products that I didn't , Today ,I went in on a mission to replace a foundation that I really liked .I took the sadly ,empty bottle to make sure of the colour ,No joy ,not even the same shape bottle ,and no shade either ,so ,I asked for help from an assistant who looked and tried near shades on her hands and arms ,then tried every cosmetic company in the store ,we both became intent on finding a near-ish match Her name is Tammy with porcelain skin ,perfect for carrying colours ,so much so ,that she looked like a rainbow of foundation colours ,none matched , the supervisor came over to see what all the movement was about ,and even joined in the hunt for the elusive colour or near match . One was found , Sighs of relief from all three of us .Hope it is .A pleasant visit ,with Tammy being a very non stop help ,
shouldn’t even deserve a 1 star, me and my friend have been in this afternoon, i have been going to this superdrug since i was 11 i am now 17 and i go a lot, these past few months everytime i have gone in that hasn’t been with my dad, they have ALWAYS assumed i will be stealing, i am never coming back to this superdrug again.
Went to superdrug with my mum yesterday,to get our brows done,we always go there, normal lady had left,so had the new lady to try,never again her attitude was a disgrace,mum went first,mum was wearing a mask,and she said to the lady,are you wearing a mask she said no,mum said I'd like you to,she said I'm OK,mum said I'm seriously ill I'd prefer iff you did,she said no it will be ok,mum then insisted so she went off in a huff to get one,I was stood waiting for mum,I was sending a text and mum had done literally 3 minutes she was,no care or time,then it was my turn again 3 mins and was done,no care slapped cream on,the last lady use to take about 10mins with care and detailing since got home looked in magnified mirror there are loads of hairs left in middle and along the top,no defined finish at all,iff I could rate zero stars I would,for atitude and finish,not professional at all,I work in the beauty industry,I would not recommend this service at all
I have always been insecure regarding my facial hair, but the wonderful Saima managed to get rid of it in the matter of minutes. Excellent service recommend it to everyone!!!
Awful service. Shocking honestly, Mandy was extremely rude and not welcoming and i over heard her speaking bad about another member of staff which is never professional. Pretty much all the staff are rude, judgemental and didn’t represent the superdrug i usual go to. Wont be shopping here again. Boots it is aha
I asked Mandy for help today - as I was talking she then started speaking into her headset.. don't think she noticed I'd walked away.... to shop at Boots instead.
Not the first time I have been in, ques at the till all the time. Today I was followed and watched over my shoulder like a shoplifter I believe to be a manager was watching me she asked if I knew what I was looking for? I said yes and all I got was are you sure? Are you sure? For her to then get another member of staff to 'help' me instead of her. Wont be returning to this superdrug!
