    Boots on the High Street in Lincoln is a convenient and well-organised store with a good range of health, beauty, and pharmacy products. Staff are usually helpful and the store is easy to navigate, even when it’s busy. A reliable stop for essentials right in the city centre.

    Rude staff who weren’t helpful. Was supposed to have a 2 hour wait for urgent medicine however ended up being sent away multiple times - taking 5 hours in total :( Missed my train home for holidays due to this. The lady on desk pick up was incredibly rude and when I asked about wait times she was vague and didn’t help at all Very disappointed and I felt uncared for :(

    Terrible Experience – Poor Quality & Unacceptable Service! I bought this lip kit as a Christmas gift for my sister, and it turned out to be a total disappointment. The lip liner was already used (yes, it was used), and the lid was completely missing. Absolutely disgusting to receive something in this condition, especially as a gift. What’s even worse is that the security and staff at this store really need a better system to properly check and handle products before they get sent out. It’s clear no one was paying attention to quality control. I feel totally let down by this brand. I expected way better, especially from a well-known company. I will never purchase from here again, and I would suggest others be very cautious if you’re hoping to receive anything in one piece or with basic customer service. This doesn't even deserve 1 star β€” it deserves ZERO stars!!!!!

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Laura at the Hearing Clinic in Boots on Lincoln High Street. I came in heavily pregnant and pretty emotional after five days of hearing loss, and Laura was just amazing. She was so kind, compassionate, and professional, and she sorted my issue quickly. She honestly made my day and is such a credit to the team there and deserves recognition.

    I just had the most wonderful experience in the Lincoln High St branch. 25/10/25 16:30. As a wheelchair user, it's not easy navigating and finding products while carrying a basket. Faye gave me a small makeup one, then ran around getting items I needed. Colour matching, perfume sampling. She was very knowledgeable and was able to identify a scent I would like based on questions and testers. Faye ensured I was looked after by different staff and was there when I needed help with the app. She ensured I got all the relevant discounts and offers, with some nice bonuses too. By the time we had finished, I had a mini makeover, a bag full of goodies that I was able to test and try it before hand, and we had the BEST laughs throughout. Faye is a superb example of what customer service is always meant to be. Thank you!

    Am disgusted by service. Booked appointment online 3 weeks ago, only to arrive there today to been told my appointment been cancelled as they had computer glitch. Am waiting for manager's response about my complaint. I might change my review later depending on how it's going to be handled. Wasted money on travel, had to take unpaid off from work, costed me so much stress. Update 3 days later..seems like manager forgot about me, made 6 phone calls to customer service since, no help. Been shopping with Boots for so many years and now am at point when I just feel disgusted.

    I was looking for eyeshadow, but the make up shelves are dominated by eyebrow products! The assistant on the No.7 stand was very helpful, unlike the bevy of 3 highly made up assistants by the Chanel and Dior counters. Clearly I didn't look like a good prospect for their products lol!

    Went in to get some make-up for my wedding as I am doing my own on the day. Had a really positive and relaxing experience. I was served by a lovely make-up assistant called Yana. I was able to try lots of brands and get a colour match test and some testers to take home. In the end, I got a mixture of branded make-up and cannot wait to try it all out with the tips I was given. Overall the make-up counters are really well presented - a little under stocked because of Christmas! Again thank you Yana for your help!

    Don't even rate 1 star.Booked flu jab month earlier for 3rd Nov.10 am ,waited 15 minutes only to be told no vacation serum in stock for my age group which I'm 75.No text to save me the journey no offer of another appointment. Went to my local surgery portland medical and luckily got me in for this Friday. Trying to take the pressure off the clinic, but reception staff always happy to help.

    Called in for makeup with my wife who's currently in a wheelchair. First member of staff just couldn't be bothered to help, just pointed and said over there. Luckily for us a really pleasant young lady saw we were struggling to find what we required and helped us. Spent Β£100 at No 7 counter on Saturday, might have Spent more, if we hadn't had to wait so long for the very helpful young lady to come along. Perhaps some one should remind the first assistant that customers keep her in work.
