   I have Autism and struggle with shopping. I really needed something from store and had no choice but to brave it and go myself. The Scottish lady was very friendly and helpful. She could see I was struggling and politely asked what I was looking for. She pointed me in the right direction and I was in and out of the store in minutes with what I needed.

   "busy" displays, maybe it's because I've not really shopped there before I found it hard to find what I was looking for... there was a lot to take in! Staff very busy hard to find someone free to ask. Need more staff? Only one person on the tills, waited to pay.

   Avoid the beauty studio at all costs! Had my brows done yesterday, which I had made a point in not touching for a good couple of months so I could get them nicely shaped and tidied up, well they were in better shape before having them done! Well let’s just say, I should have just spent the time doing it myself. I have been left with hardly any hair on my brows, everyone would always say how I have lovely brows, well not anymore, I am gonna have to leave them again so I can at least get the length back. I understand brows aren’t always twins, which doesn’t bother me, but at this rate they ain’t even sisters or even friends at this point. Giving 1 star is pretty generous, but unfortunately I don’t have any other choice and can’t leave 0 stars. Come on Superdrug, find people who actually know what they’re doing and stop stealing peoples money!

   I like the shop in St James retail park, Sheffield. The most welcoming and polite girls are working in this store so don't look further. Pop in and you will leave with a smile on your face and goodies in your shopping bag. Thank you girls, you're amazing!

   Great shopping centre, but the car parking road layout must have been designed by someone who doesn't even have a basic understand of how traffic flows. Traffic entering or leaving the retail park blocks each other, meaning on a busy weekend the queue can be back to the main road, blocking that too. Some simple road lay out changes would remedy this and make this a much more pleasant place to visit.
