   Absolutely useless. Traveled 5 miles to get to this shop. Went to counter to purchase item costing £9.75. After waiting for some one stacking shelves to come and serve was told only taking cash. Ridiculous having no back up method to take card or contactless payments. I had only had £9.15 cash so had to walk away empty handed!

   Waited 25 mins for a pharmacy first appointment. Staff were rude and unhelpful! Went to the other chemist across road and they was lovely had to wait 10 minutes but explained and was super helpful. I feel that the team at boots need a customer service refresher!

   Went to the pharmacy today, staff were pleasant and helpful. I spent a little time waiting for my prescription to be made up. Enough time to make me appreciate what a great job the staff do dealing with some difficult challenges. Great service in trying times.

   Paid a visit with my daughter & 3 wk old grandchild. The pharmacist heard the baby cry & came to see if she could help. She was extremely helpful without even being asked. Then offered a little private closed off area where the baby could be fed. The pharmacist went above & beyond, I was very impressed. Definitely worth 5 stars

   if i could give zero stars i would , made an appointment on line for a flu jab, got there 5 mins before due time , waited for people in the queue to ask silly questions that the obviously inexperenced reception girl couldnt answer, finally got my ticket and sat down and waited , and waited until 30 mins later i could see nobody else in front of me had had a jab , asked one of the girls what was going one, only to be told they were having staff problems and couldnt say when they could see me, obviously i just walked out..what a shambles, what a waste of my time,
