    I thought I was buying 3 Nintendo 64 games but I instead was sent 3 ash trays. Not trying to be hyperbolic here but this is the most disgusting thing ever. When I unpacked them the odour released and made my bedroom stink. I tried airing them out, pegging them to my blinds but it just made the bedroom worse. So now £30 down, my room smells like cigarettes from a chain smoker. I have left them in my car boot now as o can’t showcase them. Tried emailing the store and customer service but been ignored. Thanks cashconverters, you used to be decent .

    I had such a bad experience with them. I have bought a car battery charger from them and it has never arrived. Company refuses to refund also. Unbelievable.

    Been using this store for a while but recently they've started adding additional interest charges over the agreed signed for contract, therefore I certainly won't and wouldn't recommend anyone using the them, I was in 3- month in to a 6- month pawn and was charged an extra daily interest rate of £33.00, giving reference to a 6- month contract in writing saying monthly fixed interest rate plus loan rate combined which given calculated dates are 30/31 day's don't actually exist as the system says 28 day's in a month, daily interest is applied at an extortionate rate, the contract isn't worth the paper it's written on, when questioned about the additional amount they say the interest rate is fixed, - I wasn't able to rate them minus star or I would.

    Absolute rip off artists. 9ct gold is currently 24/25 a gram for scrap. These offer 15 pound then advertise it at 30pound plus a gram. Stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off.

    Telephoned this store & spoke to a guy called Ash , I ordered Samsung white camera , just as a knock about camera for in my bag . Staff could not have been more helpful. Ash said he would find me a charging lead out for it too . Camera arrived well pack , works fine , very slow connection on internet just using for photos great for the price . Could not have wished for any better service A1

    Rang these about selling my apple watch okai it's the series 3 gps+cellular an older one. The horrible women I spoke to laughed at me down the phone and said 10£. Got in touch with a different shop in Sutton and they told me 60£. The people who Work in this shop think there special and we need them to buy our stuff that's why they give us the worse prices I just hope that nobody who works there ever has to sell there stuff to get by.infact I would then they might see how they rip there customers eyes out and sell there items for loads more than what they buy for. I'm already in the process of complaining about them don't waste you time with these people go somewhere else

    very poor service. rang them yesterday to confirm if they sold certain items (2x work boots and a tent). went in today and was served by a man who's attitude stank. explained the situation to him, said who I spoke to and his response was we don't know who that person is. he viewed the items and basically said it was rubbish. Do not use this shop!!

    Sent 2 online queries about an item on the website and didn't get a response to either of them. I have bought the items from a different store on the same site as they answered my questions within an hour. Poor communication

    Every now and then I'll sell here, but mainly use eBay or gumtree. I can't say the prices they offer you are fair. I understand they have to make a profit but their profit margin is so incredibly high it sometimes makes you wonder if it's worth selling or not. I'm not the sort of person who is strapped for cash but I know if I want to sell something quick just to get rid of it, cash converters is the best place. Another person said on their review that prices seem to differ from time to time and I can confirm this is true.
