   Had a tattoo done today by Milly absolutely love it! She was so friendly and made me feel at ease. I've been using forgiven for years but it was my first time being tattooed by Milly. I really can't fault them at all. She checked my stencil was in the correct size and in the correct position several times and checked I was happy every step of the way. Once my line work was done she spent time shading the artwork on her tablet so I could see if I wanted shading adding to the design or not. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome and how well I was treated. I would highly recommend forgiven.

   absolutely disgusted with how they treat costumers and there OWN staff they was a open spot so i went down then a man just started screaming at me for no actual reason the foul language that came out of him was disgraceful what so ever highly recommend not going here to get a tattoo or to work there absolutely shocking

   I'm a very nervous person, so when I decided to have my 1st tattoo Bridie put me at ease. She let me take breaks if I needed them. She's very professional and polite. Ive now had 3 done there. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The shop is spotless and all the ladies who work there are so friendly. My tattoos are very personal to me and Bridie took extra care in delivering exactly what I wanted. Perfect

   So far had 5 tattoos my junior artist milly. She's so friendly and considerate, and I'm absolutleu loving her work. Lily and Bridie are also amazing artists and such lovely girlie's. Always feel so welcome and part of the forgiven family. Lovely clean open studio. Would 100% recommend anyone having a chat with one of the girls and getting some ink done here

   I went here in the awkward moments between lockdowns. I was immediately put at ease and there was a very good q&a discussion about what I wanted and which artist would be suitable. On the big day it took longer than anticipated, but both artists were fantastic - even fetched me a vegan roll from Greggs as my belly was growling. The work was very personal to me, and I found it emotional. There was a bit of soul sharing and lots of laughs too. I will definitely come back for future body art experiences.

   Was supposed to get a tattoo on the end of Jan but moved it to the 28th of Feb at 11am as it was a date and time that suited me. Get to the studio the artist isn't there I'm informed that the artist doesn't get to the studio until 12 on Tuesdays. Got told an estimate time the artist would arrive, she said 'around 30 mins' so was an estimate. The lady said we could either wait or walk around until she's here . Decided to cancel the session and get my deposit back. I got no apology for this whatsoever very unprofessional. They are also very hard to get a hold of contacted them on 14th Feb confirming and asking if I could have someone with me and still haven't heard anything but yet were still posting things all over Instagram. Would not recommend.

   Negative: • poor customer service (very long waits for reply’s/re-arranged 1 hr before the tattoo on the day/no aftercare information) • tried to charge £40 for a touch up on a £40 tattoo (by an apprentice artist) •when we finally worked a reasonable price for the touch up the apprentice artist was very reluctant to do it (even though it took under 5 mins to complete) Was a shame because I would have gone back there for a fair few tattoos,but with the experience I had with customer care and the price of touch ups I think il look for a more established studio as I don’t want to be left high and dry so to say. On a positive side,the staff were friendly(especially the lead artist),was a relaxed environment and wasn’t to bad for availability &price

   I've got a few tattoos, but I've never had tattoos done with such precision, professionalism and care as here. Most places seem to want to get the tattoo into you internally, pressing hard enough to excise your spleen. But here, I've found nothing but happiness. Who'd have thought my skin loves yellow and white? Crumpet, that's who.
