   Ordered an xbox from them a month ago , the controller was badly damaged and they offered a partial refund for it 3 weeks ago , they told me it would take up to 5 days for the money to get to me , its been 21 days , absolutely unprofessional and dissapointing service , i dont raccomended buying from them ,especially online .

   I purchased an iPhone online for my son from the Smithdown Road branch. Unfortunately when received the iPhone had an issue and had to be returned. Declan the stores assistant manager couldn't of been more helpful. Declan kept me updated and even sourced another iPhone for my son and sent it promptly. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing again from this store as the issue was dealt with in a timely manner without issue. Thanks Declan for sourcing the new iPhone my sons delighted.

   Was very happy with the service I received in the store. The manager, Mark or Mike (I can’t remember), was very helpful in particular. I was after a cheap guitar to buy for my nephew as a birthday present and not only was he knowledgable about music, citing several interesting Jazz and Blues artists for me to listen to, but he was also very enthusiastic about performing music as well. He did offer to email me if any guitars in my price range came in but I said that would not be necessary as I regularly pass by the store and would just pop in, but I was very grateful for him prepared to go the extra mile to help me with my query. In the end i bought a couple of Xbox games and DVDs for myself, which were recommended by the manager. I’m currently enjoying playing Shadow of Mordor thanks to him! Even though I didn’t end up getting what I went in for, I still left a rather satisfied customer.

   Spot on, shop is tidy, great range of things to pick up that I didn't expect and will be coming back for more camera lens and music equipment soon! Staff are really friendly too. Recommend to anyone who's a fan of a car boot bargain but without having to get up at 5am!

   I have never used a Cash Converters store before. Super easy and super friendly. I brought in some jewellery. Gave valuation as scrap gold on each piece. No pressure to sell etc. I'm not sure about the valuation given so I will have to take to another couple of places but if no significant difference in valuation I will sell it here as Gary was so welcoming and helpful. Well done. I will come back and let you know how I get on.
