   I won't buy anything from here again!!! I was Sold a hampster and it hasn't stopped scratching since the day I got it..... We were told by the staff that it was stress then we ended up with fleas off it and had to bug bomb the house and get the hampster treated. when I called up to complain I was met by the very rude and abrupt manager who spoke over me and hung up on me when I said I wanted to speak to his boss. He then ignored my calls when I called back. Avoid avoid avoid.

   The best vets on the Wirral. We travel here from Ellesmere Port because everyone else we have been to have either overcharged or been outright rude. (Neston Vets) Bring your animals here for the best time. Our Frenchie doesn't mind going the vets now and she hated the word before.

   We had booked on to the family activity last Sunday. Very informal so could ask questions. Learnt about what goes on behind the scenes with the animals as well. I've been to these events on and off over the last 12 years and the kids always learn a lot. Also get given a certificate etc. Our multimammate mice loved the box it came in.    Bought a lovely fish tank and ornaments, love the design, colour changing and white light settings, the lightning setting is fun for the kids. The dimmer on the white light is good aswell so you can set your tank to your mood
