   had an amazing experience with thomas and courtney , two very young people with a lot of knowledge i’d expect from people with decades of experience. a wonderful environment, the heart is clearly in the act of the shop and the welfare and husbandry of the animals is immaculate. such good people to talk to and have a laugh with , such friendly shop, very very helpful allowing us to gain information and handle animals as well as directing us accordingly. all the pets shops i’ve been to this is one of the best if not the best kept up one , definitely five star all around

   Fantastic shop and owner, bought our Bearded Dragon from here and Andy is always very helpful with my questions about keeping him healthy. Has an fantastic variety of reptiles and supplies for them, I would definitely recommend them if you need advice or are looking to add a reptile to the family.

   What can I say brilliant shop. They have lots of interesting beautifully kept reptiles and everything is clean and well stocked. The owner is very knowledgable and is so excited and proud of the reptiles he has. His enthusiasm is infectious. All the staff are amazing but it does get busy over the weekend so if you want a bit of one on one time I suggest going in the week. When making a purchase you get some free food lots of advice and instructions on how to help them settle in. Any issues at all they are on hand. Cannot recommend them enough.

   This reptile shop is by far the best I’ve been to within the north west! I went in as I’d heard such amazing feedback from others and I was not disappointed. The owner approached us and although we weren’t looking for anything other than a nosey he got several different reptiles out for us to view & have encounters with. The knowledge both owner and staff have is 5* on its own. Just from the first initial visit I knew I’d be back, my second visit I was interested in purchasing my first snake, the owner helped me identify the best fit for what I wanted which was a Royal Python. He had so much time for us and let us handle several different RP until we chose our royal Bennie. There was an issue with the light fixture & this was refunded and sorted within the first message exchanged no questions no hassle. Since we have re-visited to purchase frozen and live food for our reptiles & would never go elsewhere. We have found our ‘place’! thank you to all staff who continue to be welcoming and amazing.

   I adore this shop and the owners, we bought a beardie from them about two years ago and have since used their boarding services whenever we go on holiday. Our pets are always cared for to the highest standards and I wouldn't go anywhere else. All staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for any questions we have! I can't recommend clubmoor enough.

   Very knowledgeable and helpful, educated us and our 4 year old son, walked him around the shop explaining anything that my son asked, wide range of reptiles and products. The staff are helpful enough to answer any questions and let you handle any of the reptiles but not too overbearing where you feel pressured into buying. We had an overall great experience at the shop purchasing our first royal python. Thanks guys

   I've just bought my first snake and Andy who runs the shop is amazing when it comes to snakes and other reptiles. I went in quite a few times before I bought my snake (Gonzalo). I asked Andy what were the best snakes for beginners and he pointed me in the right direction. I would always recommend this reptile shop to anyone who is looking to buy any reptile because his knowledge is unbelievable. It also helps that everyone who works in the shop are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you. I buy all of my food for Gonzalo from Andy too as he's reasonably priced too. An outstanding service from an outstanding shop
