We had Felisafe installed by Chris a few years ago, and our smallest and lightest cat is permanently testing the system. Steve at Felisafe has been so kind and helpful. From offering advice when we needed to have scaffolding up to coming to our rescue when we discovered that she could jump more than 6ft. (She's an utter nightmare). Anyway, the system is great. Affordable, adaptable and although we had it professionally fitted to start with, we've been able to update and add things as our garden changed - thanks to advice from Steve. He seems to be able to think like a cat! Highly recommend the product and the service. Thank you Steve.
We bought the felisafe fencing from Steve and decided to fit it ourselves after receiving a rather large quote from another company for similar product and fitting. Steve gave us good advice and we went back twice to get extras or change netting and he was ever so patient with us as we worked out what we needed to fit around our mature, difficult garden. It has kept the other cats out which was the main reason for getting it, as my cats don't leave my garden. I wanted to make sure the unvaccinated, non neutered, spraying cats stayed away. 6 months later and after some very strong seaside storms, the fencing is still perfect. Thanks Steve
I’m very dissapointed after paying nearly £3000 for this company to make my garden safe so my kittens couldn’t get out, the guy Chris spent 5 days putting up pieces of wood with brackets in corners that have just came down, my kitten was over the fencing after 2 weeks and when I called them the guy Steve said (you have to expect teething problems) and I asked to speak to the guy who did it but was never called back the customer care here is non existent, now every morning I have to go out and check there is no holes before I let my kittens out as they dont tell you that squirrels on the fence rip straight through it because it’s so flimsy, I have now had to buy spikes from another company because this netting is a total waste of money and a big con, my kitten as escaped 3 times and every day we have to repair holes and tonight I have had to go out with a ladder and nail the bracket so it doesn’t fall down and then they can escape ,also there is a big cat that Keeps coming in the garden and can get out which means my kittens could follow it plus it shouldn’t be able to get in and out, I’m disgusted with there service so think carefully before you spend your money with these people
Many many thanks to Alan and Steve who have made a fantastic job of what turned out to be an almost impossible garden for them. Their work was meticulous, very thorough and looked terrific in my very well established and large garden. I couldn't be more pleased with the work.I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you x
