   I was assured by a member of staff, that my dog, who is extremely stressed at getting his nails cut, would be well harnessed and muzzled to make sure his painful nails would be cut. After visiting today my dog has come home with hardly anything taken off his nails, my daughter was made to hold him and has come home with a scratch on her hand and a cut lip. They didn’t do anything they said they would other than muzzle him. I could have done that myself at home what was the point in booking in when they didn’t use any of the equipment I was advised they would upon booking. I made it very clear how my dog reacts when I called in person prior to his appointment. He’s come away no better off but even more scared than he already was. I wanted to pay for a service that would help my dog, I am aware he’s difficult to deal with when getting his nails clipped which is why I called in looking for a professional and I felt confident sending him there after being assured they had “dealt with far worse” I won’t be using them again and I won’t recommend them to anyone who’s animal has specific requests because the staff do not take it on board.

   Took our bichon Mash here tonight for a cut, they did such a good job and we are extremely happy. The two girls who were there were lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we and Mash were happy. Would highly recommend

   Took my miniature schnauzer there and from her hair cut she had razor burns on her tummy, they cut all her fur off so she was practically bald when she's supposed to have fur in specific places. If you have a schnauzer don't take them here! they have no idea what they're doing with dog breeds that have specific hair cuts! The groomer also turned up AN HOUR late because they "forgot" about our appointment. Awful place!
