First time using this company. Very happy with service from ordering to delivery and of course price. Will definitely be using them again.
Requested next day postage for my prescription. Had to send the physical prescription which they got on a Thursday. The medication was not dispatched until the following Tuesday after I has to ring to complain then it arrived on Wednesday. Really not good enough.
Avoid at all cost. They claim to be a fast order to house website. They are not it took 2 days for them to even look at my order and I paid the 24 hour shipping and it was still an additional 2 days. I asked for a refund on the shipping portion since it was not expedited and forced me to get an emergency order for my dog and they blew me off. I will be filling a formal complaint for a full refund due to negligence and false information.
It was a mess from start to finish. I uploaded my prescription, paid, and got a confirmation email. The next day, they emailed me saying my vet needed to amend the prescription because it didn’t include the pharmaceutical form. They told me to attach the updated prescription to my reply. I contacted the vet, who issued a new prescription. Before I had collected it, pharmpet emailed to tell me that my vet had specified the paper copy needed to be posted to them. I replied explaining that posting it would take too long because I needed the medication urgently. Their response was that, due to new regulations, all prescriptions must now be posted. If that were true, there wouldn’t have been an option to upload a photo of the prescription with my order, nor would they have asked me to attach the updated one to an email. I cancelled the order and went to another company who informed me that they accept photo prescriptions—and I’ll be sticking with them from now on.
Cheap but slow. Wont be using them again. It’s been almost a week since I ordered and they are only processing the order now meaning I won’t have what I need in time. I’m going to have to go back to my vets to get a supply from them which will be expensive. Also, when I placed the order I got a message to say I had to call to check the items were in stock, despite the website saying they were. Someone said they’d check and call me back. They didn’t so I had to call again the next day. Absolute faff and waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else!

Brilliant company. Buy my rabbits Emeraid food mix from here. Always dispatched on time and they are very helpful. Price is excellent compared to other places. Will continue to buy from here for the rest of my rabbits life.
Excellent! Ordered two vials of insulin. Delivered promptly despite the Royal Mail strike and the fact that this is Christmas week! The vials were incredibly well packaged ensuring that they were kept refrigerated in transit. Neil provided a very good personal service. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!
Website doesn't work properly. I cannot ship to a different address. When you select the button to "ship to a different address" the page crashes and you have to re-enter all the details all over again. Once fixed perhaps the website is usable and I will revise my review
It was really easy to navigate through the site and browse the products available. I was looking for a new toy for my dog and was pleasantly surprised with the set up of the site and the range available, which enabled me to pick what I wanted easily and hassle free. Delivery of the product was just as pain free as my experience using the website. Highly recommend.
