I stood 10 minutes at the pharmacy counter, whilst both staff carried on making up prescriptions and ignoring waiting customers (there were others behind me). Also, the pharmacy won't answer the phone. The text system works sometimes. I have deleted boots as my nominated pharmacy.
The pharmacy should try answering the phone just once, the prescription text notification never works and now a week late with my medication. Dire service.
Ridiculous that you have no manned tills now at the check out. When so many people (including me) are making a stand to give up on self-service ones and actually have "service" it seems short-sighted. We are juggling with enough things already these days without making it harder. Give us the choice please. I don't like being dictated to.
Had the experience of being served by one employee which I can only describe as being the rudest experience I've ever had buying from a store before. After asking politely to try the aftershaves, I was snapped back with "in a minute". Then between the two bottles I was considering, I was met with eye rolls! I was only asking questions as I was unsure between the two I wanted to buy. Every question I asked was met with a blunt, snappy tone that she did no know the answer. It felt as though she strongly disliked me after never meeting me before! Each question about prices, the discounts on offer and whether I could apply my student discount was replied with scoffs as though I'd said something offensive. Some serious customer service training is needed here! I left in disbelief!
I popped in here a few weeks ago with my mum and sister and needed some help with the Boots recycling scheme. A really lovely member of staff assisted us (Iβm pretty certain her name was Michelle). She was so helpful and even came back to find us when we paid to ensure our code had gone through correctly. We live in a world where people are too quick to leave negative reviews and not enough positive reviews. So I wanted to leave this as a thank you for Michelle going above and beyond.
Can never fault boots they always have a wide selection of stock just wish they did more sales on stuff as certain things are a little expensive for me the staff are helpful and friendly and its great that they have a pharmacy on site
Always so helpful. But it seems there are less staff around these days.

Nice boots store but some staff were not very helpful with perfume testers. Nicely asked to test a perfume from locked door but a staff replied with an attitude βI have another customer to serveβ. I buy a lot of perfumes from boots but wonβt return to buy perfumes at this store.
