   Animal Trust Ellesmere Port is a lifesaver. After another local emergency vet tried to pressure me into euthanising my 3-year-old cat due to high costs (£2000+) and a misdiagnosed blockage where the other vet had also already prepped my cat for euthanasia BEFORE I had even signed any consent forms! I brought him here for a second opinion. The team here was incredible. They were ready for us immediately, performed an ultrasound, gave IVs and medication, and confirmed there was actually NO blockage and NO stones. The bill was only around £220, including take-home meds. They are honest, kind, and reasonably priced. I am so grateful to have my cat home safe. I highly recommend them to anyone. The nurse that saw us when we dropped him off and picked him up was an absolute star who explained everything very thoroughly and told us that surgery wasn't necessary for our cat and so they would refund us for that fee.

   I had the most wonderful experience at Animal Trust Vets. Our vet, Reese, was truly exceptional. From the moment he greeted us, he was warm, understanding, and incredibly gentle with my dog. He took so much care during the examination, checked absolutely everything, and explained things with honesty and genuine concern. His knowledge and calm reassurance meant the world to me — I left feeling completely confident and cared for. Reese is, without question, the best vet I’ve ever met. Thank you, Reese, and the entire Animal Trust Vets team for the compassion and outstanding care you gave us. It really made a difference.

   Gizmo the tabby cat, after a road traffic accident, had amazing care from all the team. He had the wires taken out of his jaw today, by Eve, final treatment, thank you so very much for your patience and kindness to all of you, you are angels.    A really professional bunch of people who saved my Rottweiler from dying of sepsis from an infected stomach lining to having her happy and running round again in 48 hours. The staff are extremely friendly and made a very traumatic time bearable with their competence and compassion for both my dog and ourselves. Really would recommend them to anyone who has pets. I can’t thank them enough.

   How can I say I loved it really, when I'd taken a sick dog at 2am. But staff their waiting for us, very efficient. Treated dog with care and respect. Told us everything that was going on. I was their with my niece, her partner and their dog. Great place if u have an ill animal, a not for profit vets.
