vets and practice totally unprofessional and only interested to take our money. Paid over £60 for a consultation only for the vet to miss the big lump on my cat's paw, luckily we checked him and saw it. We already booked him an appointment with a different vet. But their reply - truly abysmal: it's ok for the vet to miss the lump( and probably it appeared over night - on the same paw, sure - big coincidence) and obviously we had to wait if we wanted antibiotics or another appointment (sure a pet in pain and with an infection can wait in their opinion) ..complaint? refund? - we were advised to go online to complain. they truly didn't care and were only interested to take our money! in over 10 years in uk, never seen such a terrible service.

This Vets practise really has no empathy, my experience when there was that they really do not care, from the actual receptionist’s to the nurses and vets, given them too many chances to redeem themselves!! When you receive a call to say your dogs ashes are ready to collect and you arrive you ask for him and they say has he been poorly!!!!!!! What ?????

The nurse was very patient with my border collie who was nervous about having her nails clipped. She took the time to reassure myself and make sure Bella was comfortable before completing the trim.

Rob the vet is very prepared for our visit. He is thorough and knowledgable, forms a good relationship with our dog and offers alternative care plans. I have confidence in his diagnostic abilities and value his input. He is calm and patient and doesn't make you feel rushed.

I called to see if it was possible to have my cat's flea treatment dispensed and the team were able to meet my request despite it being short notice

We are exhibitors and KCASB and have a 5* council licence for dog breeding. That saying we also use the care plan for all our dogs. We have a close relationship professionally with Dr Rob Davies and staff and encourage this to ensure good quality care for our dogs and puppies. We are always treated professionally, courteously and given advice and knowledge freely and openly. Rob will always answer our questions and they are many

I got the lift up to the 1st floor and only waited a couple of minutes before being seen by the vet. He examined her and completely put my mind at rest that nothing was wrong with my cat. Receptionist was also very nice and helpful.

Took my 2 year old Dwarf hamster for an emergency on the day appointment for a possible impacted cheek pouch. We saw Dr. R Davies and he spent a great deal of time examining his patient to ensure he got the correct diagnosis. He figured out it was a case of my hamster not being able to empty his pouch on his own and proceeded to empty it for him using a manual intervention. This was entirely successful much to the relief of both my hamster and myself. He also saw there was a lump on his head that I never noticed, which proved how in-depth his examination was and went through possible treatment plans. I must commend Dr Davies on his professional expertise and also the manner in which he handled my pet and myself. Also can I add how lovely the receptionist was who greeted me and put me at ease. If your hamster suffers from a possible impacted pouch too, you must ensure you get this seen to immediately by a trained professional. I highly recommend this practice for their expertise, availability and great value for money.
