Very rude person working there. Talks down to people and is very condescending. Young with local accent. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs unless you like being spoken down to.
Nice and tidy pharmacy shop and they are quite quick to hand over your order. I find it always easy to go there. Medicine over counter seems more pricey.
Lovely young lady helped me today in castle street. Could not order on line she helped me order and get it delivered to speke while I am off and also got me the half price sale. Lovely helpful lady could not do enough to assist a credit to boots. Sorry I never got her name but so helpful and lovely customer service.
Boots is a great provider of toiletries, over the counter health products, beauty cosmetics for everyone including premium and luxury items. Awesome pharmacy service at the Castle Street branch in Liverpool. The staff are friendly, personable and very helpful.
Small city centre branch. Obviously don’t have a wide variety of stock due to size but handy. The staff are incredibly friendly. Seen negative reviews on the pharmacist & unable to comment as never interacted with them
