Our kitty became really nasty and snarly every time we went near. Thinking he'd broken his front leg, we took him to Dales. Turns out it was an abscess, most likely from a bite. Dales Vets put our minds at rest. He was given a couple of jabs and some ongoing pain relief, and he's back to himself. Thank you
So I’ve used this vets the past couple of years and every time the vet I have seen has been George. What a guy! I couldn’t ask for a nicer man to be looking after my cat Alfie. He is professional, caring, kind and explains things in a way easy for me to understand. I can not thank you enough George for all you have done for my cat. I know his little days are probably numbered but having a vet like you to look after and care for him the way you have had made the whole process less traumatic for me and for the little guy. The women on reception are just as lovely to talk to and helpful and also make the experience of being there less daunting. Thank you to all of you. Can only recommend this place enough and will only have positive things to say about your business and team working there x
Colin came to my home to help my beautiful, old lady cat to pass very comfortably. I cannot recommend the care they give highly enough. I felt privileged to receive so much respect for me and my darling Mavis at such a difficult time. Thank you ❤️
Honestly, the only vets we would ever use. Can’t say how grateful I am to have found such a great veterinary practice right on my doorstep. I rang up 5 minutes before they were due to close as my Chihuahua lost his bandage on his wound and they stayed open so I could come in and redress it for him. This is on top of every visit being brilliant. Thank you guys.
Been taking my pug here for treatment with his sore back. These vets and managers are truly so caring and have really helped my little pug get better. I wouldn’t use any other vets ever. I know I can 101% trust them and they will only ever do what’s right for my loved pet. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend.
Love love the vet who is elderly he has the loveliest bedside manner ..The younger vet really upset me with his reference too luckys weight and really not listening then not sorting her script ...Lucky has hip leg displacea and am not putting her on a strict diet and certainly not being told by a vet too drop her medication!! I like the Dale's and love the older vet hes incredible x lucky loved him too x my world right there x
