   Not been with the long as puppy is only 15 weeks old but every time we’ve been they have been so welcoming and have answers to every question you have to ask not only that we was in grid lock traffic when taking puppy for his second injection and without a problem the rescheduled it to the next day as we wouldn’t have made it at all that night… I wish I would have used these in the past with my previous dog

   Been taking my 10 year old dog here for a while now and have always been happy with the service until today. I took my dog in multiple times suspecting some sort of gum/tooth infection but after a few visits the vets said was it was just some plaque, so I tried everything recommended but the bad breath was still there. So I decided to try a different vet to be told by them that it is an gum/tooth infection that has clearly been here a while, I now have the right medication to try but since it hasn't been aware to me quick enough there is now chance that he needs surgery to get his teeth removed. Really not something you would expect from such a highly rated place.

   Been with Vet4pets since I got my dog at 8 months old, he is now 5 years old.A few months ago he had an allergic reaction after a groom, took him to Vet4pets Leigh total cost £68. He got another reaction in a different place 3 weeks ago, this time for some reason it cost me just short of £200 ?, work that one out?, because I can't. I have since changed veterinary practice and will not be using this one again. Be warned if you don't want to be ripped off.

   Was advised by insurance video vet call on Sunday to take our dog immediately, to the out of hours service on at Whitefield, and not to wait for an appointment on Monday, as he was so lethargic, when he's normally a box of frogs, so active, we weren't listened to about our concerns on Sunday, regarding his change in personality, his lethargy, his sickness, his urinal problems, after a brief blood tests (4 Hours wait) and sent home, not to mention being charged £300+ for consultation which got us nowhere. After phoning V4P Leigh, he got an prompt appointment and was treated immediately, such a relief, now he's very tired (in recovery obviously) but correctly diagnosed, waggy tailed, has been playing all day (in between napping) got his appetite back and is getting his mojo back. Thanks to all the brilliant attentive staff at Leigh Vets4Pets. Gratefully appreciated,

   Cat is due for vaccination. Originally my cat was registered here and his vaccination record is a vets for pets one. Normally I go to animal trust for yearly jabs but they don’t have any this year. Calling vets for pets they didn’t want to know, claimed I’m not registered despite having a vets for pets record book, and told me that sick pets need to take priority. When I explained that I’m not rushing and we can wait some weeks I still got a no. Crazy, you try to do what’s best for your pet but get this kind of reception.

   Unfortunately had to put my dog to sleep, but both my dog and family where treated with dignity and given as much time as needed. Vet and reception staff have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. The practice also deals with insurance direct claims and doesn't charge an admin fee which is sadly lacking in most vets these days.
