   I have used these kennels twice for my two dogs, and am very happy with the service. They are also booked in for future dates. Lisa is lovely, and you are able to go in with her to drop the dogs off and pick them up from their kennel. Some places prefer to bring the dogs out to you but it is good practice to be able to see them in the environment they have been living in. My two share a kennel and they always look clean and are a good size with an outside part for the dogs to stretch their legs and get some fresh air

   This kennels is the only place i would put my dog, he is a big boy and quirky and isnt really a people person he can be challenging, Lisa, John and Jamie are amazing with him, Lisa just has this way with him! They cater for all types of breeds, big and small, he is a dogue de bordeux cross, so hes not a small boy! Tjey also look after cats and have a lovely cattery, they have set days and times to go and look around and you can even take your dog to meet her first. He absolutely loves the family who own this boarding kennels, especially Lisa who is amazing with the him. The care is second to non and he is spoiled rotten, the kennels are spotless, the run is great! My boys diet is catered for as are all his needs, loads of strokes, hes talked too and given loads of love! I had an unexpected injury and my boy had to stay longer than expected they were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the daily rates are very good, its better than most, so excellent value. The run where the dogs have their freedom is a great size as are the kennels, your dog will be warm when its cold and cool when its warm, the care is exceptional. My baby has found his second home, i wouldnt have the freedom i do without this amazing place.

   Lisa is so friendly and easy-going and obviously just loves all animals. The individual kennels all have their own bit of outdoor space, which our Lab will have loved. She came out happy and healthy and was in no hurry to leave after two weeks! Much better than other kennels we have used (which had such inflexible rules). This is not particularly near our home, but worth the drive - so glad we have found Formby Kennels as we will now feel totally relaxed going on holiday for any length of time.

   This is a family-run business and my dogs loved it here. My dog is like part of the family and loves Lisa, he doesn't take too many people so this is a massive compliment he can be hard to handle but she handles him with ease!! I would highly recommend this amazing place if you are looking for kennels for your loved pet!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else xx

   Lisa, Sue and their team are excellent. They really know how to care for your pets and have a fantastic knowledge around pet welfare. The sheer amount of time they have been doing this for is testament itself to how good they are. They have looked after both my first dog some twenty odd years ago and now my second GSD fur baby after I moved back into the area with a family of my own. I would totally recommend them without a moments hesitation. It is great being able to go away knowing your pet is in good (and completely safe) hands.

   Best kennels around. Don't look anywhere else to leave your dog. We feel so comfortable leaving our dog Molly there everytime we go away. Lisa who we have dealt with on a number of occasions is absolutely amazing with dogs. She's a natural with them and Molly always runs towards her in excitement when she sees her. Can't thank Lisa and her team enough.

   Wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else. She's incredibly nervous and visits to other kennels have resulted in her being unwell afterwards. Not here though - she's looked after like she's one of their own and always comes back in as good a condition as she went in. Can't recommend enough.

   Well Can I just say at how pleased I am with your facilities 100%; both my dogs seemed to have had the best time staying over I would not hesitate to leave my girls again. Lovely spotlessly clean environment ran by a fabulous family . I will be recommending to friends and family without hesitation. I will definitely be bringing my fur babies back thank you so much
