   Thank you for looking after Penny during her recent stay with you. She has been very contented on her return home and has settled back straightaway so I think she must have been very happy with her 'holiday' at Woodlands.

   Incompetent staff who can’t read a vet’s vaccination card correctly and rude aggressive management, would not reccomend. Woodlands continue to maintain that they did nothing wrong, however a cattery where the staff refused to accept the cat as they could not read a vaccination card properly is incompetent, nobody approached the cattery at speed, indeed I was well under the speed limit for Sandy Lane and stopped on seeing a tractor and pedestrians,the pedestrians were never at risk, however to have unsupervised children running free in the entrance during the limited collection times is ridiculous as you know vehicles will be moving in and out. I drove in slowly , well under the speed limit ,collected our cat but was then accosted by a rude aggressive person clearly looking for a row, when I told him I wouldn’t enter into conversation with him, him not having identified himself, he grandiosely said “I’m a director of the cat hotel” and to a member of staff “I want his name”, crass and infantile behaviour. Having supported Woodlands both in terms of many bookings through the cattery and donations, I found the whole experience intimidating and aggressive, therefore we will not be using your services again or supporting the charity.

   These people do not seem to care about you are cat passed away we had him booked in a month before he passed away we phone to ask about are £90 pound we payed and they said they would phone us back they never even bothered.we went down to see them and again they said they would phone us but no.. just a nice phone call would have been nice to say sorry about the loss of your cat.
