Andrea looked after our cat Rudi for a week. They sent lovely photos and updates during each visit. Rudi was a very happy cat when we came home. They even took the bins out! Thanks so much.
Couldn't be happier with the service Sharren and the team provide. They're always really responsive and reliable, took the time to familiiarise themselves with the cats and our steup, and and cater perfectly to the cats' needs. They take such good care of our cats (who have got really friendly with them too), and send us little updates whilst we're away. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a pet-sitter.
Petpals have been brilliant for our Old English Sheepdog, Ambrose. They give a real piece of mind and have been so responsive. They are clearly dog people and get the needs and whims of an old dog. We have recommended them to friends who have been equally delighted with their services for puppys.
Sharren has been looking after my 2 boys for a few years now when we go on holiday. I feel completely at ease knowing they are being looked after so well and the boys have really taken a shine to her and don't seem to miss us at all when we are gone (traitors!!!) I feel the drop ins for cats is so much better than a cattery. they are in their own surroundings with their own comforts. Sharren has had to give medication aswell while we have been away and this has never been an issue and because the boys are used to her, he let's her do it. it's also good knowing ur home is secured and checked up on so it doesn't look like the house is empty. we will continue using sharren and have no hesitation at all in recommending her and the team.
Petpals have been amazing with our two cats. They are so caring and send regular updates when we are away. The service they provide is brilliant and they are so accommodating, fitting us in at short notice more than once. My cats always seem happy and the daily diary left for us is great to read. The prices are fair and clear, and they even work Christmas Day! I would recommend them to anyone needing pet visit services!
We have just come back off holiday having used Petpals for the first time and I was extremely pleased with the family my dog was with.
