Brought our dog jet here she was bubbly and loved people now she' won't let no one near her as she's frightened. And I don't think they washed her I think they just shaved her it breaks my heart seeing her like this I'd never recommend anyone take there pets here
Took my little pomerian Daisy to Mary. Daisy was cut to perfection. I would definitely recommend this groomers, Mary is so friendly and treats the dogs as if they were her own.
Took our little puppy Bobbie in and the girls where great from start to finish.. We know he can be a very excitable with new things, but as soon as he walked in, he was treated like a little prince.. Knowing our live wire pup, they must have been very patient as they did an amazing job, he looks brill, one happy pup and two happy owners..
Absolutely appalled by the treatment both me and my dog have received by this place. Contacted the business on social media to inform them my 8 month old puppy has previously had a negative grooming experience, and advised them that he isn't fond of being handled on certain areas of his body and may wriggle. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body, but will try and wiggle his way out of uncomfortable situations. Had no response or recognition that I had contacted them ahead of the groom. This was the first red flag. I was adamant I wanted to keep him as long as humanely possible since we like him looking scruffy, but due to the heatwave, I was happy for a shorter trim. My poor boy came back scalped (after me telling them not to) with razor burn and cuts on his body. He didn't even smell fresh as if they had bathed him at all. Disgusted with their response over the phone and the fact none of this was brought to my attention when I picked him up. I simply had to find out myself and now have a very uncomfortable, sore puppy. Could've done a better job myself at home after spending £43 for my dog to be "professionally" mutilated. Only reason I didn't book in with his previous groomer is due to there being no appointments available and he was starting to struggle in the intense heat. Will definitely NOT be letting any of them go anywhere near my pup again!! I appreciate puppies aren't the best at staying still but at any point if the groom was out of their comfort zone, they could've contacted me and I would've cancelled the groom and looked for alternative groomers with more experience at handling anxious dogs.

Only dog groomers in St Helens to groom my lovely Chow Max, even though he has a lovely temperament, thanks girls really appreciate it and will definitely be back
Great place my Bicton and Yorkie were nice and relaxed picking them up and they were very well groomed
Update: Had a callback on Monday 3rd Oct. from Kate, the owner. Yes, was overcharged due to the change over of new owners and mixed price lists. To have a credit towards the next grooming session. Have had my one dog groomed for a few times, but today I took my puppy for it's very 1st groom. Older dog only had a wash and refresher, while puppy got a groom. Paid, only realised afterwards once home that I was charged for a full groom price for my dog. £31 for a wash!!! Awaiting owner's to call me.
