I phoned up on the off chance for a appointment on Christmas eve for our Bella and luckily for us Jill had had a cancellation and could fit our dog in that morning. On arrival we were met by Jill who was very welcoming to myself and Bella, Jill let me wait in the grooming room why she was washing and drying bella, I was overwhelmed at the way Jill was with Bella talking to her and telling her what she was doing next, what a lovely lady she is, I highly recommend Happy Paws for all your relaxed dog grooming needs and Bella will definatley be visiting Jill again.
