   This is not something i wld normally do but i am so disappointed in my dogs last groom, she suffers terrible with anxiety issues but our normal groomer nicole who is brilliant with her and really patient is on maternity leave, anyway different groomer ( never even seen her in groom room before) long story short lilly came bk with cut from clippers at the time didnt look to bad but days after its really bad, there explanation she wriggled, now if they were patient and not rush her dont think wld of been problem, normal full groom takes hr and half this groom 8am in out 9am....oh got the talk but lilly traumatised by it, dont know how going to get her bk in for nxt groom...hopefully nxt person will be more understanding and patient, we have been coming here since lilly was puppy, no follow up see how she is, got told if she needs vet they will pay....good luck to them and lily on nxt groom, this time i will be sitting outside, best wishes nicole but hurry bk...

   Disgusting treatment. Price hike £47 to £53… then £68!!! Changed rules so charging extra coz dog cost thick!! Avoid.

   Pancake had a great experience here. She's a big rottweiler so we find alot of places we go to (including some vets) just don't know how to handle a powerful, vocal dog... but they did very well grooming her and she looks/smells great

   I can't recommend enough the warm, friendly staff and great service I and my dog had on my last visit. The staff were attentive to all my requests. And ensured I was happy with what they done to my dog. Bless them.

   Massive thank you to Olivia who helped me tonight. I received a mess of a delivery today. The live chat bubble wasn't active and there was no number to ring apart from my local store. I called because I needed it sorting asap. Olivia dealt with the issue quickly and resolved the problem with a phone call. Thank you again Olivia. You're a credit to PAH. 5* because it wasn't Bromborough PAH that messed up, it was someone at the warehouse which I hope will be looked into further.

   Two weeks ago I took Wilson there and was told that he would come back as a Jack Russell. I said no and took him home and brushed all bar two knots our of his fur. I booked him in for styling. He came back to me as. No surprise. A Jack Russell..... very poor quality. Never again

   Staff are lovely. And friendly.. know what you want in a groom.. only thing I would like is to offer a discount for regular users.. they have done a increase across the board on grooming. Which they are now out pricing themselves against competitors.. average price for a small to medium dog is around £32 to £35. Groom Room now charge £43..

   We take our dog Daisy May to The Groom Room Bromborough and all the girls are fantastic.She is very nervous so it takes some reassuring to get her in,the girls are very patient and give her cuddles and treats to put her at ease.They are very professional and have been trained to a high standard and we are more than happy to recommend them to all dog owners in the area.Daisy will definitely be returning for a lovely pamper!Thank you so much girls.
