Fostering a Cavapoo who had severe matting and was very scruffy. The service provided was immaculate with expert advise. As a dog trainer someone with plenty of knowledge of dogs is very important to me and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. Will 100% use regularly.
Just look how cute these photos are! Megan has done a fabulous cut for Betty and Dorris. So happy with the results. Megan is by far the most attentive dog groomer around real attention to their cockatoo coats being so different. We have tried a number of dog groomers but will most certainly be sticking with Megan!
I reached out to Puddle and Paw as I was looking for a dog groomer that would take my GSD puppy and I loved that they offered puppy introduction courses to dog grooming. I messaged Megan and she quickly explained what the course was about, costs etc and she did really put both me and my partner at ease. We booked the first session and Freya (my puppy) was unsure at first, but after a couple more sessions she settled right in and felt much more confident, which is exactly what we were looking for with the puppy introduction course. Freya has now completed the course and has had a full groom and Megan did so well with her, she looked so good and shinny, smelled wonderfully and Megan did really tackle that double coating situation that we know GDSs have! I was not just impressed with Megan's skill as a groomer, but also at her professionalism, she is friendly and welcoming, yet still totally respected our request of keeping Freya neutral following advice from our dog trainer. I would recommend Megan to anyone looking for a good dog groomer that will treat dogs as if they are her own.
Megan is great with my needy cockerpoo, Blossom. She takes so much time with her and makes sure she's happy. She always looks great from when comes home and smells beautiful! I'd recommend Megan to everyone!
My older ESS is a nervous lady so I need to be confident when leaving her anywhere. When I contacted Meghan she was very reassuring. The form she sent to be filled in before the first visit was comprehensive so I felt she had an understanding of Daisy. When we arrived Meghan and the others in the shop were friendly and double checked they had all the information they needed. Because Daisy was an older lady and nervous Meghan took her time so as not to freak her out. On picking her up she not only looked gorgeous she was relaxed and not in the slightest stressed. She's already booked in to go again.
