   Joe came round to replace a leaking kitchen tap and faulty inlet valve on a downstairs WC and did an excellent job on both. Went to the trouble to explain what he was doing and why. A really friendly and reliable tradesman who I will definitely use for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

   Been calling Joe to do a range of jobs lately (from kitchen faucet change, kitchen waste kit replacement to radiator flush and repairs). Joe keeps describing the work been small as he never takes on a job that he think he can't do it perfectly. Very pleasant to have him working in the house, professional and frendly and very competitive prices and really goes beyond to make sure the job it's done right and to my standard. Highly recommended!

   Joe came round a few weeks ago to move a radiator. A couple weeks earlier, he took the time to talk through the job and the flooring prep I could do with to help it go smoothly. He did a great job of the work itself, including dealing well with surprises like the drain valve failing. Would use for future plumbing jobs!

   We have had to ring Joe out twice now. Both on emergency call outs. Not only did he complete both works efficiently & at a fair rate but he was also very good with my Mum who struggles with change, new people coming into her home & paying attention. He has a lot of respect for people who need that little bit more communication & always takes time to try to explain the situation and give advice. Plumbing can be a messy job but we were never made to feel awkward about the work required and Joe is a very positive guy who genuinely likes to put people at ease. Thank you Joe!

   Joe from Flush it plumbing was recommended on a local Facebook group when I posted about a plumbing issue at home. He arrived on time, well presented, and quickly assessed the situation. Rather than jumping into unnecessary work, he gave clear advice on how to resolve it—suggesting I contact the water utility company and even telling me exactly what to say. Really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. If I need a plumber in future, Joe is my man. Genuine guy and clearly knows his trade.

   Joe came to look at my boiler last week and I’m blown away by his customer service. I called him in the morning whilst he was in the middle of a job so he asked if I could send him a picture of my boiler along with my address. Half an hour later he was at my door! I’m always nervous when I have to call somebody out to fix something as I worry about being ripped off as a woman. Joe was extremely approachable, and made lovely chit chat whilst diagnosing the problem. When he realised it was an issue he could not fix, he contacted an electrician for me who then called me within an hour to set up an appointment. I would highly recommend Flush It plumbing and he will be top of my list if I ever need a plumber again.

   Brought my first flat today and walked in to a flood in the bathroom, rang this number with tears in my eyes!! He was straight round to fix the problem, you couldn’t have called out an ambulance any quicker. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without this guy. He fixed the leak in under half an hour, helped clear up the water and tried to help with other bits around the house. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough!

   We had a surprise leak under the sink due to the cold weather we been having. Since I didn’t know h9w to isolate the leak I had to witch off water n heating. Called Joe and even though he was super busy he was able to accommodate our job the same day. He was in time, courteous and extremely professional. He managed to sort the leak out quickly, educated me how to isolate the leak and recommended ways to resolve it. I thoroughly recommend him for any plumbing related jobs. He was recommended to me by another plumbing company and he is brilliant.
