Thank you for getting my central heating working in the kitchen again after so long. We thought we had to replace the whole thing until you came and saved us, all that we required was a £9.00 part. Will recommend the services of MDS heating anytime.
We required a boiler service and check of the gas hob in readiness for a new arrival in our house. Martin came and was absolutely brilliant. He was very well mannered and worked around us. Unfortunately we had a power cut across the village at the time to which he still was able to complete what was required and was patient given the circumstances. We would highly recommend MDS Heating and will be using them again for future boiler services as we feel that Martin went above and beyond for us to ensure that the boiler was safe for a new baby to be welcomed to the household. Called MDS Heating as my outside boiler flue was dripping when the heating and hot tap was on, Martin was friendly, professional, helpful and put my mind at ease as he explained everything in full detail and how much it was going to cost. He came out and repaired within a couple of days too. Great job Couldn't fault him, would definitely recommend and use again!
Very pleased with the excellent service from MDS Heating. Martin was very professional, thorough and serviced the boiler, checked the water tank and radiator efficiency and bled the heated towel rails. Very happy with service and excellent value. Fantastic professions service at a reasonable price! My boiler had an issue with water running cold…Martin came out on the same day, diagnosed what was wrong and explained the issue and the part that was required. He fixed the problem, flushed the system and serviced the boiler for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Requested a boiler quote 7 days ago and had it installed today. Martin is great to deal with, returns calls quickly and is very helpful. Fitter arrived as promised and bang on time and took around 4 hours to complete the work. Job is spot on, clean and tidy after work completed. Installation is much neater than the previous one! All in all I would recommend MDS to anyone- I am very pleased with the whole process.
Martin and his company have provided an excellent service. Extremely professional, efficient and they always maintained a superb level of communication.
