Gave us a free quote for a new boiler. Very professional & polite. Gave us a date & time they would be coming. Explained everything they needed to do as was a very old boiler. Replaced boiler. New pipe work. All in the price they had said. Cleaned up after themselves too. Highly recommend
Boiler packed in displaying an error message that Google searches and YouTube videos couldn't help me with. Found B D Plumbing and Heating via a Google search for local boiler engineers. Barry came out later the same day and replaced a part that had gone bust. Very friendly service with a reasonable price too. Highly recommended.
A* service from start to finish Contacted Barry with boiler issue, He came out same day, diagnosed and fitted new part, That he luckily had on the van. Called out Barry and his firm about 3 months ago, to fix a leak under the floorboards on our central heating. He came around same day to investigate gave me a quick temporary fix and a date for when he could finalise the fix, which was only 2 days so not a problem. His workmanship was very good, and he was very tidy and it was all sorted and its all fixed now. Also no one likes to pay for these sort of things at any time but he was reasonable when it came to the bill. I would recommend him to you.
Rang Barry after reading these reviews and I am glad to say I had the same experience as others, Rang Barry and luckily for me he had just finished a job and was round to my temperamental boiler within half an hour, diagnosed the problem and had to order a pressure gauge, left me with a running boiler and was back a few days later to fit the new part, would recommend and will be using this company again and also a reasonable price, it's hard to choose someone to do a job these days and I made the right choice.
Fantastic service today. Rang up at 11am by 1pm boiler and heating/ hot water back up and running fantastic happy. Would really recommend if you ever have any issues with your boiler.
Excellent service from Barry and Tom, rang Monday about a faulty shower they arrived the following day to assess what was needed and fited my new shower the same day. The service from start to finish was first class would highly recommend.
I phoned B D Plumbing and heating and spoke to Barry. He was very polite and friendly and helpful over the phone. He came out as promised to sot my son's boiler. He sorted the problem in no time. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and I would recommend Barry to anybody who's thinking about central heating.
I had an appointment for two jobs. Booked in advance, confirmed the night before. Nobody turned up. My calls and texts were not answered. Shocking lack of respect for the customer. I had a builder booked who relied on BD doing their bit. So... Just beware... They may not turn up. Not recommended!!
