Took my car in after another garage messed up my alignment. A&M got it on the ramp and spotted it was miles out and got everything bang in spec while showing me and explaining where it should be at etc. Car now drives straight, feels night and day better. Straight-talking, knows his stuff would 100% recommend.

Our journey from Glasgow to London was derailed by a puncture on the M6 near Wigan. With no spare, we relied on the AA for a temporary fix. Done 4 wheel tracking FINALLY right with A&M Tyre specialist! Other places couldn't! My skoda superb is finally driving straight, what a difference. Digital allingment equipment they use - trully outstanding - top of the range! Staff well experienced and knowledgeable. All that service reasonable priced as well. Couldn't recommend enough!
Rang up to book in. Took 3 days and numerous attempts to even get an answer. The same thing happened a year or so ago when I tried to use them the first time I needed my 4 wheel alignment, except I never got an answer and ended up going elsewhere. I eventually got through this time and then asked to book in for 2 weeks ahead. The guy said sure, we can do your job while you wait. I asked if he wanted any details as he didn't ask for a thing? He took the car model and that was it. Turned up at 9am on the day and was told 'ohhh, we're really busy, we will get you in as soon as we can'. Hang on, I rang 2 weeks ago and booked in, we had the conversation to clarify things? Seems that the call counted for naff all! So I waited, ........and waited..........and waited!! Next minute, his mate turns up and he downs tools and starts chatting about Golf. Just great, I've only been here for an hour and so far and my car isn't even being looked at yet!!! Eventually, after a 1 hour 15 minute wait, I get the chance to finally put my car on the ramp. He sets everything up and starts. After just 5 minutes, I am told you have a problem here. It would appear that the corrosion on the track rod end has seized the nut and he can't get it undone. I'm told I need to replace them both which they also can't do. This turns out, after a quote from my usual garage, to be another £100 worth of work!. I decided to shop around and found an alternative garage and took my car there instead. He had both track rod ends undone and adjusted up in about 5 minutes. Job done. I won't be going back to A & M, ever , and in my opinion and experience of them I would advise anyone else to try elsewhere as they do not come recommended at all!!!
Friendly staff, you might have to wait as they are always busy. Good prices, excellent knowledge of all aspects. By far the best tyre place I have ever been (no I don't own it)
Couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service. Had my tyre replaced less than a couple of hours after I notice the puncture. Both staff members I spoke to were lovely and efficient!
Highly recommend, called this morning and explained my situation, they were so helpful that they actually came out to see me within ten minutes and tried to fix my tyre (it ended up needing to be replaced as it was too damaged) but it was all done in an hour at a really good price. Really appreciate the service, thank you so much guys! We will definitely be using again in the future.
Fantastic service! My partner got stranded at Wrightington hospital with a flat tyre (we live in Blackpool) & these guys came out of their way, picked him up & fixed the tyre! So grateful to them, very reasonable price aswel. Thanks again x
