   Luke serviced our boiler today and was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout. He took the time to explain the work he’d done and showed me how to get the most efficient use out of the boiler. He even demonstrated how to check the radiators, which was really helpful. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly, and the level of customer care was outstanding. As an extra thoughtful touch, he even gave me some AAA batteries for my daughter’s nightlight after overhearing that I’d forgotten to buy some — such genuine kindness and attention to detail are rare these days! I would highly recommend Luke and the company.

   Absolutely brilliant service. We decided to have a new boiler as British Gas want over £500 for homecare. 100% gas were recommended by a neighbour who said 'I am that confident that they will do a great job, if they don't I will pay for it myself.' Couldn't have been better, small family run firm, great communication and Luke was great when fitting the boiler. We have not had any problems at all so would recommend 100% gas definately. Don't waste your money on anyone else.

   I have had an issue with my boiler. I contacted 100% gas and they came and fixed it.They were absolutely brilliant. Very professional friendly family business no hiding costs. Keep me informed all the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs rads. Or any boiler issues. I have now asked them to change some of my old radiators over. 10 out of 10 thanks 100% Gas

   Paul, Luke, and Julie are such a great team! Friendly, efficient, tidy; they have transformed our home replacing a traditional noisy boiler with an excellent combi boiler, and fitted a beautiful new shower. They gave me great advice and a fair price. We have no hesitations in recommending them.

   I contacted 100% Gas when my boiler broke down 6 days before a new one was due to be installed. Paul came out quickly and despite the boiler having an issue with the circuit board, managed to get it working enough to see us through to the installation date without the expense of replacement parts. I was really impressed with Paul's knowledge and advice he gave me. Professional service from start to finish and I would recommend without hesitation.

   Just had complete new system installed. Paul and Luke are very knowledgeable and professional in what they do. I was really impressed. Will definitely recommend and use them for any future work.
