   Dylan came out to remove a toilet and sink from where we had a leak. His communication beforehand was excellent and he came to fix the issue in very good time and gave good advice about our next steps. The work was carried out very well and left in a clean state. We are very happy to recommend and will be using again.

   I had an emergency which needed urgent attention. Within 15 minutes Dom was round and had sorted the issue within an hour. I’ve got some damp carpets to sort but Dom couldn’t have been any more helpful. Really good service and didn’t cost a fortune. Would highly recommend.

   Excellent, all round good service for a boiler installation and Dominic went above and beyond what he needed to do as well as leaving the place cleaned and tidied. He was very patient with my deeply ingrained fear of thermostats as well and explained how the new one worked clearly! He fixed my tap as well.

   We recently used DB for a boiler service. We also required some diagnostics, as outside overflow pipe was discharging water. Excellent service, from start to finish. I was aware of the arrival time, as I was able to track the engineer, online. The quote for the work was clear, and very competitive. The engineer was very clean and tidy. He was also very honest and professional regarding the overflow; I had left a tap partially open on the boiler! I could have been told something was wrong and overcharged. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Dom. Thanks, Andy.
