Excellent service from Lee, who arrived early and fitted our new oven quickly and efficiently. Lee was friendly but professional. Price for installation was excellent and old appliance was also taken away for us as well as all the wrapping from the new appliance - a definite bonus. We would definitely use Homecare Appliance Repair and Service again.
Really straightforward process from getting touch with to an issue a week ago and finding availability for someone to attend. Will was brilliant. Professional, quick and communicative. He fixed our Gas hob, and carried out a Gas Safety certificate for us. Very grateful for a good job done ant a reasonable price and would definitely use again.

Colin is an absolute credit to Homecare Services. Such a lovely lad, went above & beyond. Took time to explain everything he was here to do (2 vacuum services/cleans & a carpet clean) He arrived in the time slot requested, & fixed everything in a timely manner. He then went on to move furniture around as I’ve recently had a knee replacement, prior to carrying out a deep clean to my hall, stairs, landing & living room carpets! Wow, fabulous job - they smell amazing & look brand new! Even the dog is impressed!! I couldn’t believe the colour of the water that came out of them & took a pic to show hubby! The engineer came to clean my rangemaster oven, hob and hood. He arrived in good time and started work immediately and efficiently. Very pleasant and personable young man who did a great job. The oven looked like new.
The service of my machine took just 10 minutes, seems fine though. Engineer friendly but had no sheet and 2 of us had a fall after the engineer covered my wooden floor with lubricant spray mind. Not so good.
Ed and Steve came to service my hoovers. Two very nice young men, brought me up to date on what's on offer. I find ALL your employees who have visited my home very pleasant and courteous. The service you provide is excellent.
