   Just had my truck back from mot to find it filthy dirty inside and out no pride in their work whatsoever . Not to mention how they have scratched my drive axle durabrites witha brush (at a guess )

   I know the workshop here has tried very hard to work out the kinks with our volvo truck which has fuel problems putting it into limp mode quite often, but unfortunately it's still not fixed and with a bill over £1000 pounds it seems all Volvo dealerships are after 1 thing. And it's not customer satisfaction. Would have liked the matter remedied before full payment was required in order to remedy the fault .

   Absolutely terrible service! Volvo really has gone down hill! The treatment some management staff show they're customers is disgusting. So called Volvo specialist who don't have the first clue how to diagnose faults on they're own vehicles. Not honouring they're own warranties and if you approach Thomas Hardies about this they just get solicitors involved. Will not being buying Volvo again!!!!

   What a joke!! 0430hrs Monday morning along with 6 other people who have also been sitting outside the gates for mre than an hour because the security guard wont give anyone their keys and no TH employees to be seen!! ..... do you people not know what time a truck drivers day starts?? That is 6 people behind with their deliveries/loads!!! ...... and I am 'the wife' who got up at 0220hrs to drop of ... so thats my day running late too!! **The security guard who for 2 1/2 hours said he had no gate key FINALLY produced a key and let them out at 6 O'Clock!!!!
