   Great work done on resolving a bathroom leak and fitting new bathroom fixtures! When we had a leak happen over Christmas that went down to the kitchen, we knew we needed some good plumbers in after the emergency fix was barely keeping us going. Thankfully we found Shaun and team at SPL who were able to, with solid communication and explanations throughout, investigate the issues and setup a cost-effective installation of both new pipework and fixtures. Definitely recommend for your plumbing & central heating needs!

   We recently had a new bathroom installed by SPL & we are thrilled with the result. Shaun & all his team were all fantastic. They worked extremely hard & they are a great group of guys. The finish & attention to detail shown in all aspects of the refurbishment is second to none. There were some unexpected challenges along the way (the joys of an Edwardian house !) but nothing was too much trouble for the team.    5 Star Company and Service! We would have no hesitation in recommending SPL to anyone. Shaun and team are just brilliant. From the point of us deciding to change our bathroom Shaun made himself available for advice and suggestions to make sure we got exactly we wanted and remaining within our budget. The Team are nothing short of amazing in our opinion. They're all incredible at what they do, they paid such care and attention in everything they did, every detail mattered to make sure we got the bathroom we wanted. All of them are brilliant! At this point the amazing team at SPL deserve a mention Ben, Andy and Kevin thank you so much. The hours you all put in, the care that you each took from doing the bathroom to tidying up before you left each day. (Our girls miss the team being here every day!) We had setbacks during the bathroom project (missing parts, delivery delays) nothing related to SPL, all down to our supplier. Shaun made himself available to offer advice and support and the team came back at short notice. Nothing was ever too much. Shaun stayed in touch throughout the project and after completion to check everything was ok. What could have been a stressful situation having a bathroom renovated was made easier because of the professionalism of SPL and the team. The team really cared about our project and we're so pleased with the results. We will definitely be going back to SPL for any future projects.

   SPL were amazing throughout; from attending to assess the work right through to completion. I needed advice and they were happy to converse and talk me through anything! (My dog was a fan of everyone who came too!) The quote was professional and came through quickly. The scaffolding company was efficient and the team that came to fix our soilpipe were great; friendly, professional, tidy and they kept us informed on the progress of the repair. I will definitely be using them again when I need work completed in future!

   I recently had SPL Property Maintenance do a full refurbishment of my bathroom, and I would definitely recommend their services. Shaun and his team, especially Ben (who is a magician with tiles!!), were great from the start to the end of the project. The journey wasn't always the smoothest ride with plenty of challenges along the way, but Shaun and Ben were always there to offer advice,options and design 'tweeks' to get the desired results in the end.

   I would fully recommend Shaun, I had a severely water damaged house due to a pipe burst, I phoned him up in a panic, he answered straight away, although on another call out at 7:00pm, put me at ease and said he would be round at 10pm, he came an hour early and,even though he had been working all through the day with no food, he was cheerful and fixed my burst pipe straight away and promised to come back a couple of days later. His professionalism shows no bounds and even arranged for an electrician to come and see me in a couple of days when everywhere dries out. I had every confidence in him especially as he is an ex firefighter and would definitely recommend to anyone,
