   Mak attended at my home address to view my TV which began displaying faults. Mak was excellent, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my product. He showed the faults and explained there may be an issue sourcing a part as these are no longer manufactured. He informed me that he would attempt all means in which to source the part keeping me informed every step of the way. Great service provider and would highly recommend this company for others who are experiencing TV faults

   I was referred to F E T under my John Lewis guarantee for my faulty Samsung TV. I think the engineer was Mak who arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem within seconds and took the TV away for repair. This was the day before Good Friday so warned it may take longer than usual to repair given the long weekend. However less than 2 hours later Mak had found a replacement screen in his workshop, fitted it and was back at my house to refit to the stand. Outstanding service I would recommend without hesitation.

   First contacted on 18 November. Left messages and calls returned stating my details would be passed to workshop or service manager. Today it is nearly 4 weeks since my first call. Very disappointing with this company that was recommended to me. No excuse for not contacting customer. Would not recommend.
