   AVOID THIS THIEF AT ALL COSTS. I paid Ben a £259 deposit for a shower installation job that was never completed. He failed to attend on multiple agreed dates and eventually stopped responding entirely – ignoring phone calls, messages, and emails. Despite multiple polite and formal requests to refund my money, I have received nothing. At this point, it’s clear the money has been taken with no intention of completing the work or making things right. Regardless of any circumstances, personal or otherwise, there is no excuse for completely disappearing and keeping someone’s money.

   I was really impressed from the service I received from the first phone call to the completion of the job. I needed a gas fire and two water pipes capped off and my boiler serviced with a safety certificate. They arrived on time, listened to what I needed, were thoroughly professional and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I recommend them without reservation.

   Very professional and friendly. Initially we needed some urgent attention to the boiler as we moved in to our new house to find out the boiler was not working due to faulty hose pipe. Ben was kind enough to meet us in such short notice. Since then we have used their services several times with the last one being a full new heating system. Brilliant staff i would 100% recommend.

   I definitely recommend Ben and his team. Our boiler had broken and was smelling really badly of burning. I called Ben and he answered straight away and said he could come out to have a look at the problem that day. Ben disconnected the boiler to make it safe and said he’d try and work things around to fit us in quickly to replace the old burned out boiler. The next day his colleague Will came round and fitted the new boiler and we were back up and running. Super responsive, friendly and tidy service. Thank you

   My central heating stopped working ben came out next day to assess unfortunately he had to condemn our 30 year old boiler! He jiggled work round and came back a couple of days later and installed a complete new boiler system. Ben and his team were fantastic they worked soooo hard and ripped out old boiler and installed new boiler SAME DAY relocating it upstairs they even bricked up the outside wall where the old flue had been,they were friendly hardworking never stopped all day to have it finished for us. They even hoovered up after themselves !!! I would highly recommend ben and his team... lovely hardworking fellas they will certainly be my "go to" in the future !!!!

   I cannot recommend more Ben and his team. Very helpful and friendly professionals with very fast response. My boiler was leaking badly and they arranged very quickly for a visit for an assessment, following which they gave me recommendations with options and costs. It was better in my case to get a new boiler and Ben arranged for this to be sorted out within the following week despite their busy schedule this time of year. All was done very quickly and very well with follow up messages to ensure all was well. I'm extremely happy with everything and very happy I got such a friendly local team at hands whom know I can rely on if I got any issue.
