Great level of service. Arrived on time and carried out the service efficiently, plus advised us of a potential safety issue that was also dealt with on the same day after going out to get a spare part required. Would definitely recommend.
Have used JF plumbing a couple of times now for problems in the bathroom. Shower doors realigned and seal renewed, pop of waste replaced in basin and bath , new toilet flush and shower fitment replaced. All work carried out by helpful & courteous staff and everything left tidy. Competitive prices. Highly recommend John and his staff.
Fantastic service. Had a terrible leak and John sent Mark out to investigate and try to fix. A very complex 2 day job was no problem for these guys and the determination to succeed and do a good job was fantastic to see. Left the place spotless too. Perfect experience. Highly recommended
Leaking toilet needed fixing and involved joinery work to get at it. Full MOT of toilet components with most things needing replacement after 20 years. Then all joinery fixed back cleanly. Quick service. No fuss. No mess. Costs reasonable. Big tick from me.
Cannot recommend JF Heating & Plumbing highly enough. John’s response to our initial enquiry was so quick and thorough. He popped round twice to take a look at our bathroom to make sure all measurements for a replacement shower were correct, and arranged for us to have brochures to look at straight away. The work was arranged quickly and Lee the tiler and fitter was excellent. Very punctual, tidy and with great attention to detail. He clearly took pride in his work. His colleague Mark who helped was also great. Both very friendly and courteous. We would not hesitate to use them again if we need future work doing. Thank you!

£85 standard call out fee prior to any work being performed. Had to repeatedly be prompted just to provide a time or date for attending the call out. Figure invoiced for a 20 minute, very simple job, with no parts or tools required, was excessive (£102 and this was not for providing 'out of hours' services). A video was sent in advance, clearly showing what the problem was. As a result, I would strongly advise going elsewhere. At the very least, ensure a quote is provided, in the first instance.
I had a radiator replaced by Kenny and he has done a fantastic job, very neat, very clean work - he even managed to replace the wood plinth cover intact. He was extremely professional and efficient, a credit to the company, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to other customers.
