    I'm not happy because I have to be the first person to leave a negative review. But I'm not used to service like this and I lost my time and deposit. In my opinion The five stars on Google must be only from his friends. I called him on Friday morning (November 1st) to book a repair. He said he would need a deposit of £10 before he ordered the part. I thought that was fair enough. He sent me a link to make a payment, and I did it. He said he will contact me when the part arrives. I called him on Tuesday (November 5th) asking about the repair of the phone, as there had been enough time for the part to be delivered. He said I needed to wait for the part and that he would let me know when it would be delivered. On Wednesday, November 13th, He still hasn't contacted me (it's been 13 days since my first phone call), so I phoned him to ask to get back my deposit. He said no problem, he will refund it. Today is Saturday, November 23th, and I still have not received my refund. If I had, I would not be bothered to give him the review.. The quote from him for repairing the screen (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) was £240. Anyway, I used the professional service from the Samsung website for £229 [next-day repair in the van in front of my house]. The phone was fixed by the nice, professional polish guy. The phone is still waterproof and keept guarantee. I'm glad "we-fix" didn't fix my phone! Summary: * 13 days since the contract was made, and the phone hasn't been repaired. * My deposit never been refunded. * All WhatsApp conversations with him are wiped off after 24 hours [his settings], and I lost £10 of deposit for the part that was never ordered or delivered. (There is no evidence of my conversation regarding the deposit). * Poor communication after the deposit was taken. He did not answer the phone for hours. I tried to call him on Tuesday (5th November) a many times from 10:00, and he answered after 13:00. But he was active on the WhatsApp before (at 11:50). * DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, go somewhere else.

    Excellent job on fixing my samsung S20, managed to save all my data, which i was made up about as i thought i would lose all my photos of my children. Very reasonable price compared to other quotes i received from other repairers. Highly recommend.

    Very quick fix of an iPhone 11 screen, collected from home and dropped off on a bank holiday Monday! Great value and the phone looks brand new, they even put a bonus silicone case on the phone! Would definitely recommend and use again if needed!

    I was extremely happy with the service provided from WE-FIX. My iPhone was smashed on the front and back and was able to be fixed within a couple of hours. It looks brand new and works great! They are extremely reasonably priced and are very professional. I will continue to use this company for all my device problems.
