   Phil was excellent from start to finish. He carried out a water quality test, explained everything clearly and reassured me throughout the visit. He fixed a broken radiator valve quickly and also gave really helpful advice on the best boiler options to support our power shower. Professional, knowledgeable and easy to trust.    Had been let down by a local company from Maghull so decided to try Tower Heating. Phoned at 8am explained i had a leak on my boiler the lady who took my call was excellent advised that she would have an engineer out to me the next day. Phil arrived on time diagnosed fault and informed me what was required for repair. Phil returned repaired and serviced the boiler. Phil was excellent explained what he was doing and why. I have signed up to Tower service plan which includes an annual boiler service so fingers crossed no more faults. Reliable firm would recommend.

   I recently had a powerflush carried out at my property by Ollie and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Ollie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain each step of the process, identified issues I didn’t even realize were affecting my heating system, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The improvement in my heating system was noticeable straight away — radiators are heating evenly, and the boiler is running much more efficiently. Thank you Tower Heating

   We had two radiators changed, an electric towel rail removed and a new kitchen tap.    From start to finish this Company were fantastic in every way. They were so professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. We were having a back boiler removed and a new boiler put in. The two guys who did the job for us , Chaise and Olly were so polite, informative, extremely tidy, and very prompt every day. They answered all our questions readily and nothing was too much trouble for them. I really can't rate this Company highly enough, they were outstanding.

   Keith came out really promptly when our boiler started leaking and would not heat up the radiators (but we did have hot water). Was a great experience, good prices, and the issue was resolved within the hour so we could get back to normal. Now we've got a boiler service arranged and that puts my mind at ease.    Very professional from start to finish. Office staff quickly arranged a meeting with owner Greg the next day to discuss the most suitable boiler replacement. He was knowledgeable, helpful but did not put any pressure on me. Quote was provided withing 24 hrs and it was reasonable for a top quality boiler . Nigel, the boiler fitter, was great. He turned up promptly on the day, explained things very clearly and completed all work in an efficient and polite manner. Office staff then registered my 12 year warranty with Worcester on my behalf. The whole process was made easy and effortless thanks to the excellent staff. Fully deserve the great reviews - they are a high quality local Liverpool company.
