“I always get my car key batteries replaced at Timpsons and I have the lifetime offer on them. Saves you a lot of money if you keep your cars for a while. One that I had a lifetime replacement one wasn’t working and didn’t work when the battery was replaced. Instead of giving up, the guy (Jordon) got some tools out and started to play around with the key itself and got it working. We have our keys cut thereto and Jordon is usually the guy that’s serving. He’s always courteous, helpful and did go the extra mile to fix my key. So instead of forking out for a new key, which would have cost a lot of money, I have it working again, under warranty, so it cost me no extra money. A very happy customer.”
