   Quick repair as promised. Even a few hours earlier than stated. Would have given 5 stars but, unfortunately, they put someone else's SIM back in my phone. Its O2 and my contract is EE via Tesco. After telling everyone phone was fixed i have had no incoming calls.

   It was late on a Sunday afternoon and we turned up with an unresponsive screen, within minutes the screen was off and fault diagnosed. They got the phone working so it could be used and just going back to have some parts replaced - really fast and efficient, great service

   Gave them my phone for repair needed charging port replaced and phone drive flashed. After going up and down numerous times and at one point being told the phone was fixed, they eventually gave me my phone back saying they had replaced the charging port and had tried four diffent flash programmes to no avail. When I got home and plugged my phone in, it was completely DEAD. Fella on desk was fine the repair men @£$%.
