All the staff should wear balaclavas in this place, should be called dick turpin’s jewelers. Awful attitude on a staff member ( young blonde girl) very inexperienced and needs to learn some customer service skills. Don’t waste your time asking these cow boys for an offer on your fine jewelry. Only interested in ripping off the vulnerable and elderly!
Never bought jewellery before but this is a gift for my granddaughter's 21st. Stunning set which she can wear separately. Gorgeous keepsakes for a non girlie girl. Very reasonably priced. W J Edwards is a family jewellers/pawnbroker in Old Swan. The staff are absolutely lovely.. so friendly and helpful. They also do repairs very quickly and at a fraction of the cost of a town based jeweller. I was so pleased with the service I received when I had two diamond rings repaired. The repairs were completed within a week and the price was fair too. Also they had amazing diamond rings for sale, and although they were pre owned, they were very modern and stunning and were a fraction of the price of new diamond rings of the same calibar. I would highly recommend this jewellers.
Called in on the off chance they could fit a new battery to my husbands watch. He’s had the watch for over 30 Yrs it was a present off the kids. The lady said yes they could replace the battery and it was fitted in 5 mins. Also very reasonable price will definitely go to Edwards in the future.
Rang up first to ask can you replace my watch battery. “ yes we can “ arrive at shop to be told we don’t have the tools for this !! Really poor attitude. Best using Meadows by Sainsbury’s
My wife has had her rings cleaned, dipped and a stone replaced a couple of times and never had a problem, I walked in off the street a few weeks ago to enquire about silver soldering a piece of jewellery, the work was unexpectedly done on the spot and charged a surprising good price. Will definitely use this jewellers again.
I was really impressed with this professional and caring jewellers from a phone call I made before visiting the shop to the staff in the shop. I had rung another jewellers who was not interested or attentive. I was only getting a ring straightened and polished. I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and care given even though I was spending next to nothing. It said on the chitty "moderate prices" and I genuinely believe that they mean this. I came away happy and would definitely recommend and go back again.
