   I recently took a bracelet in to have a broken clasp repaired, and the team did a fantastic job. They added a brand-new clasp and the quality of the work is excellent. The staff were so friendly and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. The repair was also completed really quickly, which was such a nice bonus. I’m so pleased with the result and would happily recommend them to anyone needing jewellery repairs or advice.

   Whilst on mini break in Chester my gold Figaro necklace broke. Checked Google and O’Hares were recommended for on site jewellery repairs so popped in for when they opened and saw Adam who said that they would try to repair (needed a new clasp to be soldered) same day or fist thing following morning. By 4pm same day the repair was done and looked fabulous and very reasonable. Super happy and Adam was brilliant. Would highly recommend their first class service.

   This lovely jewellers in the heart of Chester was originally recommended to us for jewellery repairs. We took a bracelet in to have the fastening adjusted which they did there in then and my husband got into a conversation with a very knowledgeable member of the O’Hares team about pocket watches! If you’re looking for something a little bit special and appreciate a personal touch, I’d definitely recommend a visit.

   Absolutely delighted with my bespoke diamond ring! I popped into the shop to explore options for redesigning my nan’s old wedding ring, which holds such sentimental value. All the staff were fantastic — their advice and guidance on how to maintain the original band and hallmark meant I could keep the essence of the ring while giving it new life with a beautiful diamond set within it. I was so nervous about picking it up in case I didn’t like it, but they were so reassuring, and I absolutely love it. I even cried happy tears when I saw it! Thank you so much for creating something so special.

   From the moment I walked through the door helpful, polite and very proactive staff. Excellent service Rachel and Adam sat down with me and explained everything nothing was to much trouble or time. I had a repair alteration for resizing of ring very quick and reliable. I also made a purchase which was very good value for money.    I’m so disappointed. After waiting three months for a personalised design for my 45th wedding anniversary we arrived today to find that virtually no thought had gone into it. Generic/stock designs from their archive and a few poor drawings which didn’t incorporate anything personal! Excuse- they’ve been moving shop! I won’t be going back.

   I have had my engagement ring professionally cleaned and polished and wow!!! It looks brand new. My engagement ring is platinum and almost 3 years of wear, I was so nervous taking it in as never had it done before but I'd wish I'd of gone sooner. It has honestly blown me away the quality of the work and I'm now Ready for my wedding next week. I cannot thank you enough xxx
