   My mum has terrible arthritis in her fingers and has been unable to wear her wedding rings for ages. Christine at Heswall branch was full of advice and guidance on how best to accommodate my mum and provided a bespoke service to my mum. Within a week my mum was wearing her wedding rings and they were all polished and stunning. Christine was professional, caring and thoughtful when handling my elderly mum and treated her with upmost respect. An absolutely brilliant service from start to finish .

   If you’re looking to get your child’s ears pierced this is definitely the place. I took my 7 year old daughter here today after many recommendation’s and I’m so glad I did. Vicky was absolutely amazing with my daughter who was a little nervous and did such an incredible job at calming her. She put on her favourite music and gave her a sweet which was such a nice touch. Overall it was an amazing experience, done so smoothly and efficiently but not rushed. All the other ladies in the store were so lovely too. My daughter is so happy with her new earrings. Thank you!

   I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced, she had just turned 7 and was desperate to get them done. She was extremely nervous and I didn’t think she would leave with pierced ears but Viccy was so patient and calm with her, talked her through everything slowly and put her at ease. It was a lovely experience and my daughter has loved showing off her new sparkly earrings. Thank you x
