A great first visit. I was made very welcome and received first class service from Hannah and Regina. All the staff were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was selling antique jewelry and it was so nice to find out so much that I had previously not known about my late mother's items. The price agreed was also a nice surprise and I am so glad that I used this local firm rather than any online buying service. I really look forward to going back and would recommend H&T without hesitation.

Staff are a joke i was going to buy a bracelet in the sale 1 of staff advised me the bracelet I was going to buy may be going cheaper on black Friday so i would be better off waiting for a couple of weeks then it may go from 400 too 350 and instead it went up to 500 2 days later as end of month sale ended this is really poor level of customer service I expect all staff to no wen sales start and end went in and spoke to another member of staff she just dead I should of bought it when I seen it then found her very defensive and I'll manor's and she was actually speaking down to me like I was a child rather than an adult an told me she was not going to do a thing about it when I tried to explain that I would of purchased ithe gold bracelet if I was informed sale was ending the next day or two but all she done was tried to make vivid exuses like sometimes the sales are extended so she wouldn't of known until she was informed from head office but it is usually every month i then stated i should of at least been informed that this sale may end in 1 or 2 days then but all she done with a poor atitude was speak over me and keep repeatedly saying nothing she could do not even an apology on behalf of her staff really feel let down by this whole ordeal she would not accept any blame attall that I was misinformed an also not to important information I really think there is training issues here with staff at this store that needs resolving to stop this happing to anymore unfortunate persons what happened to good customer services an customer comes first an customer is always right as its really a different experience I had at this county road hnt pawn brokers
