   Bespoke, tailor made Masai Maara Safari + Mombasa beach resort holiday for a 60th birthday family trip. Bhavin’s communication and transparency was very key in our decision to go with Rickshaw travels. It was a holiday of a lifetime. We had no issues with travel, hotels and transport, all was well organised. Birthday was celebrated with the Masai tribe which was a special. Highly recommended booking with Rickshaw!

   We traveled as a group of 12, ages, 62 to 82. We all had the most amazing experience in Bali and Komodo Island national Park. The itinerary was arranged with our goal in mind of sightseeing, which included Bali and the Komodo dragons. The local tour company and guide were excellent. Bhavin was always prompt in, addressing our needs in advance of our trip and was available for communication.

   Wow, just wow! We got recomended Rickshaw, and after speaking to a couple of other companies we felt like Rickshaw were the only ones who listened to us. Bhavin organised everything for us and gave us great advice and choices. We ended up deciding a weeks safari followed by a week in Zanzibar on the beach. Bhavin was always there if needed or if we had any questions. Our guide Kelvin was there ready and waiting when we arrived at the airport. He had great knowledge of the animals and Tanzania. Everyday we felt he went the extra mile for us, he always planned the day to our needs and how we liked. We had a small issue, our bags didn't arrive (airlines fault ofcourse). The Rickshaw team put us at ease telling us they would sort it. The next day, we got a phone call from the office saying they had our luggage and they are bringing them to us at no extra cost. So they drove from Arusha to Lake manyara (100km away) to help us. All the places we stayed in were superb and have super friendly staff! Overall the Rickshaw team are superb! They have made our honeymoon even better then we imagined. Highly recomend!

   Use Rickshaw Travels for the most amazing experience in Tanzania. Their attention to detail is second to none and have thought of everything to make your trip and enjoyable one and one you’ll never forget. Would highly recommend their services. Special mention to Bhavin who arranged everything for us from flights to accommodation and always available to take questions and ease concerns. Last but not least our tour guide Johnson who was extremely thoughtful and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had the best experiences whilst on our safari’s.

   Our family of 8 recently embarked on an 8-day hike of Kilimanjaro, organized by Bhavin, and it was an incredible experience. The guides provided by Bhavin were not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful throughout the journey. They cared for all our needs, including providing us with food, water, tents, and sleeping bags. Bhavin had given us a lot of information about the hike before the trip and was always available to answer any questions during the trek. In addition, Bhavin had arranged our pre and post-climb accommodations and transportation well. We didn't have to worry about anything, as the Rickshaw Travels team handled everything. The support staff available in Tanzania was also excellent, making our experience even more memorable. After the climb, Bhavin arranged a private safari for our family of 15. It was an incredible experience, with fantastic guides/drivers, Robie and Edward. We saw lots of animals and had excellent accommodations in the Serengeti. The drivers/guides were phenomenal, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the safari. Overall, our experience with Bhavin and Rickshaw Travels was terrific. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania. Thank you, Bhavin, for making our trip an unforgettable experience!

   I have recently been engaged with Rickshaw Travels to plan my family trip to Egypt and I had a wonderful and memorable holiday. Bhavin from Rickshaw Travels was incredibly organized and efficient, quickly putting together an itinerary that included all of the destinations and activities I wanted to do. He also offered helpful recommendations and went above and beyond to find the best deals on flights and accommodations. Throughout the planning process, Bhavin was always available on calls and answer any type and number of questions to gives us all the information as we needed, although some of them were silly as well :). He made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Rickshaw Travel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest and reliable travel agent.

   I've used Rickshaw Travels a number of times. They are my go to travel company for my annual holidays because they are professional, attentive and always deliver. My family and I really enjoy the personal service and Bhavin tailors the holidays based on our requirements. We recently used Rickshaw Travels when I was looking to book a holiday in the Maldives and Dubai. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we needed separate bookings for other family members who would be meeting us and surprising my wife in Dubai. The logistics were a potential nightmare for me with different requests regarding flight times and durations etc. Bhavin and the team and Rickshaw Travels made the whole process seamless. They spoke directly with the family members and logically assembled a plan that would work for us all. Bhavin secured a lovely resort in the Maldives that was child friendly for a cheaper price than I could find anywhere myself on the internet. The flights and connections including the sea plane were booked with minimal stopover time and he kindly reserved the basset seats at the front of the plane for our baby too. The family arrived in Dubai a few hours earlier than we did and were waiting in the lobby to suprise my wife. It was a fantastic holiday and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Rickshaw Travels. I cannot recommend Rickshaw Travels highly enough. We have used them for years and will continue to do so because it takes the stress out of holiday bookings so we can focus on looking forward to enjoying our time there. Thank you Bhavin and all the team at Rickshaw Travels for always looking after us and we look forward to booking our vacations for next year with you soon.
