   Well what can i say about Treavel Hub and their staffs kenton Harrow branch very helpfull. Air India flight on 24th November time changed from Heathrow and we would have missed connect flight to Bhuj. They allocate us on 26th November, so i came to sort out a staff name (Shivani) sort out every thing ticket from Heathrow to Bhuj connection and Jain Meal landing e- Card I will pass this information about service i got to my Friends.    Dear Sirs (Mr. Vikas Gupta ) I came into your Kenton Travelhub Branch on the 21st November to get a last minute flight to Goa as i had to attend an emergency I was Greeted by Shivani when i entered ,she greeted me with a warm welcoming smile and said "Take a seat i have nearly finished with this customer and i will attend to you next " On completing the previous customer, again i was greeted with a smile by Shivani and she in turn apologized for keeping me waiting She inquired my flight details and plans to enable her to continue with a search to suit my departure date bearing in mind ,it was an urgent need of mine to depart the next day (22nd November 2025 ) On viewing various options and connections to Goa i settled for a departure and return date that suited my requirements Most Importantly she took the time to assist and fulfil all my travel plans Shivani is a Credit to TRAVELHUB ,and in these modern times every passenger checks the Online option and proceeds to book their flights in that manner Shivani went above and beyond the call of her duty to ensure i understood my travel plans and was happy to purchase the flight /timings etc. It was an amazing and happy experience for me as speaking to Shivani answered all my queries ,which in turn i would not have got via an online booking portal /Website Please convey my sincere thanks to Shivani a real credit to TRAVEL HUB KENTON BRANCH

He's also very honest and an asset to the company. I would not book anywhere else as I have always received excellent service from her.    I went to see Shivani when I had to book last-minute flights for an emergency for my daughter and me. Shivani was incredibly supportive and understanding of my situation. She patiently went through all the available options, offered alternatives and back-ups, and considered both convenience and price. Sitting with her and reviewing the choices really helped relieve a lot of my stress. She even went the extra mile to try and check us in, since our flight was within 12 hours of booking. Shivani is amazing, and I would definitely recommend Travel Hub to my family and friends!

1. Shivani Patel ★☆☆☆☆

   Poor service. The staff are not trust worthy, will do anything to take extra money from you. We called 2 days before traveling back from Ahmedabad to London to check luggage limit, and was informed that the flight was cancelled due to airline issue and made me pay extra for the another flight. But then once we got back, I checked my original flight details online and funny thing, my original flight did take off and did land in London and I was made to pay extra for a new flight. The staff is very rude at the harrow branch, especially Shital at the harrow branch, she has no respect for customers. The boss, Vikas is very arrogant and has no respect. It's his teams problem that they had cancelled my ticket and some how we had to pay for their foolishness and wasted my time.

   Staff is very rude at the Harrow branch. They never own up to their mistake. Even their staff at Harrow branch, shivani, told us to get everything in writing from travel hub, keep screen shots. Because it seems like she knows clearly the company does wrong things to their customers. The boss Vikas is very arrogant and not helpful or understanding.
