Booked a holiday to Tenerife and opted to do this over the phone with a representative (Jackson was my contact) as I did not want to have any errors or issues with our travel. This was our first holiday post covid with a 18 month old so really wanted it to be stress free. We had issues with the private transfers we had booked and had to pay for our own taxi and I was unable to check in online for our return flight as they did not provide us with the log in details. We were consequently charged €60 by ryanair to check in at the airport. This was far from the stress free holiday I was hoping for. The worst part is that after countless emails and phone calls requesting an explanation/refund of the additional and unexpected expenses, i have had zero response. They expect upfront payments immediately after booking but if you have any problems, they'll just ghost you. Really disappointed and I guess this is the reason why its better to book with a well known company like Expedia. What a joke.
Booked a holiday to Dalaman in July and my flights were cancelled. Wizz air refunded the cancelled flight cost to holidays and more on 28th July. I havent recieved my money back. I've emailed multiple times and called countless times to be told we will call you back in 2-3 working days and nobody does. Been told Steve who is dealing with my case will 100% call me back and he never does. I am now taking it further and I am going to contact the ombudsman and the civil aviation authority.

Bought trip to Turkey from this company.First of all,we was waiting nearly 2h to get our shuttle transport. We get worst ever hotel where we get bite from cockroaches. Transfer from hotel -airaport never turned up. Bless God had some money left so payd taxi driver. Unfortunately this company even don't wanna do a full refund for my expanses for taxi. Wouldn't recommend to anyone this company! Liars!
Dear Holidays and More team, my elderly parents (Mr and Mrs Parekh) booked a cruise and have received their itinerary but with incorrect travel dates. My parents have made several attempts to contact your customer services but had no response. We are very disappointed with the service. We still await a response from yourselves. Mrs Parekh
Recently went to Dubai with them. Food was usually good, hotel was ok but Itinerary was badly organised by wasting time travelling back and forth which meant every tourist attraction or place to visit was rushed. Took us to a gurdwara, nothing was happening there, we were sitting there for almost 2 hours doing nothing before Langar was served. They were interviewing other people on the trip who gave positive feedback on camera but were complaining about everything otherwise so don't believe the programme when you see it I refused to give an interview because it would have been cut anyway. Many of the regular travellers were not happy.
Just booked a 5* holiday to Dubai, their service was seamless and so professional! Will definitely be booking with them again and recommending to friends & family.
Shocking experience with this company. They failed to notify me that my flights had been cancelled though they were very quick to take the money. When my return flights were cancelled and I called them for help they suggested (rather rudely I might add) that I sort myself out. I honestly would have been better off booking directly with the airline because they have been no help at all! Very rude customer service who don't bother to reply! On the website it claims they have 24/7 service but they were unable to assist me hours before my flight as no one was responding to my calls or email! CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
