Very unhappy with this unprofessional and mercenary outfit. Took a holding deposit from my son for a school trip without providing any detail on the World Challenge school trip - in summer 2019 - other than the country being visited. When they arrived at the school to do their presentation six weeks after asking for a deposit, my son decided it wasn't what he expected and immediately withdrew. Despite not incurring any costs and not having booked any flights or accommodation in my son's name, they refuse to refund the money. Make sure you read the small print before you pay them any money!
